I wouldn't worry about russia Uncle Sam is Paying $6.20/kg for cow 90cl and taking some serious volume.
Still plenty of boxed beef going to South Korea, Japan and china. Russia has been a big customer for australian beef over the years though and has at times pushed the aussie beef price up by simply buying up for a month or two. Not worth doing business with anymore after this sanction. There's meat at sea now with nowhere to go
