    thanks for the market info. It must be a long time since you seem those prices for cows and bulls. It will be interesting to see what AAco value the herd at next financial as yearlings are also on the rise. As nice as it would be to see them out in at max value I hope they show some reserve in case prices soften. Either way AACo should make money on herd value alone. However it's important for everyone to remember this does not put cash in the bank.

    Regarding the the russia subject
    There are rumors of a boat coming to Fremantle destined for Russia next month. Interesting how they change the rules to suit themselves. They are looking for more angus steers. Last time they were here they paid I think $2.40 but In the last week payed up to $2.60 to get their fill. It's not just any old rumor, it's from a buyer that has always provided me with reliable info. I will keep you informed when and russia buy out of WA, although it shouldn't affect AAco sometimes it only takes one boat to pay a high price for one week in the perfect storm that our industry is brewing at the moment
