Is there really any evidence for that ? my understanding was that the vote in the British parliament against intervention which cost David Cameron his job had more to do with it than anything. Not that any of the politicians themselves were particularly opposed but the electorate certainly was. Was massive opposition by people around the world to another disastrous war and the threadbare lies it was based on.
