1) Don't confuse corporate strategy with production limitation.
2) As you have argued for many a year, PEN is protected from spot due its $55/lb contracts. So spot is irrelevant. Or is spot relevant for this weeks debate?
Only those with no brains would keep insisting PEN is a compelling buy.
