You, I understand the limitations on PEN's current production capabilities, but it certainly places a focus on security of supply for US utilities. OF course this doesnt alter their production capabilities, but PEN becomes a more strategic supplier long term than holders might otherwise have appreciated.
If this bill does come to pass - and its a big if - I woudl see PEN as strategically important to US interests. Appreciate it doesnt alter their production capability but its still a positive IMO.
