I think RFF would be open to any of those sectors provided it would be profitable and reliable rent coming in.
Undoubtedly management has already factored in the need to diversify so things such as the drought don't cripple our tenants and thus their ability to pay. Hence why we have property in multiple states/sectors already.
I had to sell my stake to jump on a great opportunity and I'll be looking to get back in soon, my question is how long you lads think this dip will hold for?
