Inevitable that this is heading in the direction of zero.  Cash flow from the power plant in Indonesia will make a difference for a little while but it is becoming clear that the new investments in Philippines and Indonesia are close to being fully stranded at this point.  For stakeholders in the respective countries, they can see a choice between facilitating the coming-into-operation of these assets versus waiting until they are distressed and then making a move on them  Bet on the latter.  Zombie stock.
