Orbis, a value trust has been a buyer and is now quite a substantial holder. If you are interested why they are buying, Google Orbis/SM Australia, its in the December quarter report pages 4&5. They have a formula which they follow. Orbis is a multinational fund manager with operations around the world. They held ten Australian REITs at the end Dec incl AEZ. Not in and out short term traders. Try to ride the big swings. Buy cheap sell dear. See REITs worldwide as heavily oversold. Its a good read.
