Could be some inside buying too. Not directors. Bankers, mgt know what is going on too. They are talking to the European banks about two holdings and the working capital. Spain looks grim, but everyone there is in the same boat- the signwriters are the only ones doing well there. If they now something is being sorted out a la what they did with the Romanian mall, they may be quietly buying up. It only takes a few cents for a large % gain on an announcement at these levels?
