Hi soarer, Stephen's Company Bodie Investments pty ltd bought 15,000,000 shares in NAE that is how he got on the board . He did the same here at SEI became a top share holder the board grabbed him as his share holding is important.Funny thing when Bodie Investments became a main share holder here I posted I would support then coming on our board at the time to get rid of Jim.I didn't know of Stephen at the time his job is to raise money for Company's and was involved with previous cap raising's here.He has bought his shares in NAE since joining SEI maybe it looks better over there. Not a big success with Tungsten mining in the UK at the moment.I wish you well with all your investments.CHEERS
