SEI can raise something like 750,000 or so without having to go through too much hoopla and incurring too many fees. Yes there is some dillution. Another company I am invested in KOR - korab, have done this. Price didnt move too much. Probably its rock bottom also.

Sure those we are negotiating with will be hoping shareholders feel the need for cash more desperately and sell down. Actually completing a small raise could be the trigger for those we are negotiating with to finally pull the trigger, or begin to accept SEI terms on some level at least..

At the end of the day VML sold a deposit of similar grade for 15 mill. VML ore body was more complex than that at SEI and the project had none of the existing infrastructure at SEI.

Since that deal, a deal which saw a good amount of price appreciation for the acquirer of VML- TGN, China and America have become more entrenched in a trade war. China producers 75% of world tungsten and has the largest amount of reserves.

Tungsten is a product used largely in military applications. I wonder if the Chinese tariff the hell out of it??

You would think not ridiculously yet, but a time that is strategic to the Chinese they possibly will stop selling..

We theoretically should have increased in value.

Management shouldnt compromise too much here. I would rather hold this than an iron ore project.

The U.S still has an unnatural fixation with the ridiculous outspending of all and sundry when it comes to arms (something ridiculous compared to the next highest spender.)

Its a full blown cock mockery high level geopolitics.

Totally agree on the strategic value of the metal and the rising tension between the US & China can only increase demand and the value of our deposit.

However running cash balances to $0 and tanking the SP is not good management. Hopefully the funding situation is addressed ASAP.
