demand is absolutley ongoing here! all fish grown have been presold until Feb 2006. There are people missing out on this product at the moment. Expansion will ensure they dont miss out. I'll be looking for Australis Barra when I visit LA and Vegas next year. I might even go to Turners Falls and have a look around the plant.
