No worries, I recognise you tagged me in the chart thread as well. Last year I thought we would be TO as well before JORC, but as the drills came and no TO launched my opinion completely changed which many might of got from my posting style, in particular, from around March/April onwards. As I said, given the homogenous nature of the deposit it is relatively straight forwrd to calculate the JORC so as no TO has occured I don't expect one at JORC either (i.e. that is because JORC will be big here obviously). If a TO was to come the next possible stage now IMO will be during the planning/feasibility study as per my post (which puts that at around 2nd quarter 2019) if they get a wriggle on now for a 2020/21 or 2021/22 mine start date.
There are other options available than just a JV for mine production btw - look at PLS for example. I talked about that in Post #:
33455296 In any event moving to mining, assuming it is feasible, will also result in a higher SP regardless of whether they may need to be some extra dilution here, noting we still have all those options to convert as well, which will provide some funding anyway.
AVZ need to be more active and have an approach to mining, and removing BOD members not interested in taking this to mining. If TO before mining so be it, but delaying things through in effect wanting to be TO, i.e. I mean just look at the delay in drilling and my view the delay was because they thought they would be TO before drilling and when it didn't come they said lets dill etc, actually is a major drag on SP (and my own view is what happened to the SP before the Klaus dump over the last 3 months was in part reflective of that. Missed deadlines in an ambigous strategy (i.e. we still don't know what AVZ wants to do through the mixed messages it sends to marketand how they are interpreted) is not good for the SP because uncertainty is not good per se.
As I said in the last two weeks what is missing is a plan to mining etc etc. Be active and if taken out so be it, but waiting to be taken out means SP drift (and at worst you are left behind with a great resource and no prospect for mining as others slot into the spodumene production you should have been producing at a certain entry point into the market because you were not active enough).
We can agree to disagree, but AVZ needs to start thinking as a miner, be active and what ever happens happens. IMO it has been to passive to date, and that is also reflected bymany posters here, some of which have departed, who kept talking on about TO options when infact the ground was shifting that a TO won'thappen this year at least (and MLs tweets IMO have been all over the place around what is AVZ's intentions here).
All IMO, just an opinion. If I am wrong I am wrong, but that is how I am reading my tea leaves LOL.
All IMO
