That's a great example of what I was on about.
They are very unlikely to exercise their option to buy at 10 cents when they can keep buying shares at below 5 cents.
Yes if very good news comes out and the share price shoots up close to 10 cents or higher they will exercise their option but it will not move north to 10 cents based purely on speculation of Huayou exercising their option.
