What is your goal of being in the market? What's your strategy for achieving it? Have you considered if the steps you have put in place are realistic or not?
From there it's probably worth considering, do you have the will to push on and past mistakes to become a better version of yourself in the market? Do you have your partners support to push on? etc etc.
Desire and the will to learn are the driving forces of success in the market IMO rather than any inherent skill.
