Sorry to hear mate, How old are you if you dont mind me asking?

I am in the same position but from another Lithium Stock that's in the DRC and performed even WORSE than AVZ.

When it comes to AVZ, Yes it hurts but atleast you guys have a major tenement that is proven in a sector that will be the future (IMO) so hang tight my friend because AVZ will be used and its truly a matter of WHEN...

The Up-comming Lithium/Major Players Expanding altogether doesn't even support the future demand (IMO)

Although i may no hold AVZ at this current time, But i can respect the Tenement & what they have... anybody who believes in the battery metal sector that downplays AVZ is an absolute idiot...

Interms of what you should do, If you somewhat agree with the future of Battery Metals and trust that the tenement will proove itself than hold...

What im doing that may help is, Im leaving my allocated funds that i have left in some stocks & im doing some trading here & there... Im basically leaving these funds locked in my Trading Account and im starting fresh... It's very hard because i've lost so much that it's not worth even pulling out now i'd rather learn from my mistakes and try get back to where i once was...

Start Fresh Financially, Try to figure out the mistakes made that resulted in losses, Learn from mistakes & if you're young like me than take it as a blessing in-disguise because we can always come back no matter what financially... it might be hard but its always possible... Some of the richest people in the world hit rock bottom and were able to recover
