Sales people need all those attributes but you need to actually find a suitable prospect to pitch to.
If AG are as good as you believe then they should have no problem with working on a non exclusive success fee basis.
Success would be, say, a TO at 25cps or a JV that takes the SP over 25cps. Why 25cps? just to match all the earlier hype.
