B/ Holders can not prove nor disprove they do have one

Leaving Obe Wan and everyone else capable off only speculating on its existence and be more than eagar to blame Catl and HUAYOU for there tardiness as opposed to AvZ fof lack of prrogress

It’s a Great tool the ole c /clause, it protects management from prickly questions raised by pesky shareholders
