I don’t think anyone is going over old ground ....but the contrarian view is that management must disclose. They have an obligation, it is as simple as that.

Yes 2c in our view is ridiculous, but to the purchaser that is how they value it. No different to selling/buying a property....only worth what someone is arguably willing to pay, and if the coffers are getting low....one will eventually get squeezed.

For what it is worth, IF an offer was/had been presented, then disclosing it to the market, would in my opinion support the sp.....shareholders can in a tangible way see what discussions are or aren’t taking place.
