Huayou at some point, (unaware if this was before or after the SPP was decided) offered/discussed to participate at a level above the current S/P at the time (mid 6's). (cannot prove whether it was formal or not. if it was formal then it's categorically got to be declared so I'm presuming it was informal)

I presume the figure was at the lowest possible amount to ensure they could take a stake and get the s/p to the 10c mark for options execution. but that last sentence is pure speculation. despite my mistakes earlier on the $$$ of this ( thanks @binwood for the correction.) that strategy would still make sense.

so to surmise,
my opinion is that dossantd's comments align with what I was informed. i do not have sources which can be cited as per HC terms and conditions.

If NF rejected Huayou's offer, but decided to go with Patersons, that was a big mistake and caused share price to fall 3.7c, and raised at 3.8c

I'm interested in what Dathomir's move is as they did not sell their shares while share price was over 30c.
