I did make two relatively positive posts some time ago when I played around musing on some of the aspects of the transport scoping study. Some elements of it seem doable by my estimates (see below). I'm not sure about the road and rail costs though and I did tell it how its based on my personal experience in West Africa, I'm not going to play down things that I consider risks until they are derisked.
