url - ( mines-rdc.cd/resourcecontracts/search?q=cominiere ) - the 5 page document is in French but I've been translating it with google translate and looking at the pdf from which the text seems to have been just copied automatically so creates errors in translation, but it shows what are essentially the Minutes of Negotiation (Proces-Verbal de Negociation) (dated 24 November 2016) between Cominiere (represented by Athanase Mwanba) and Dathomir Mining Resources Sarl (represented by Mr Cong MAUHUAI - ie. Simon Cong).

If you haven't I think its worth a pretty careful look.
