Unbelievable, many of your claims/posts are incorrect.
i.e. Dathomir.

Now, you incorrectly stated Huayou did not have available funds for their DRC copper plan of US$147.2m.

How did you conclude Huayou has no available funds???

If you have read Huayou official announcements re DRC PE527 copper project, they raised CNY1.8b in 2016, specified the purpose of funds raised for purchasing and developing PE527 copper project.
According to Huayou's latest announcement (11 November 2018), Huayou had CNY810m cash left from the CNY1.8b fund raised.

On 26 December 2018, Huayou announced, DRC CDM subsidiary made net profit of CNY150m for Jan - June 2018, and plans to invest USD$147.2m in DRC PE527 copper project, and expected to commence production in September 2019.
