    The Australian court didn't have any jurisdiction to come to that conclusion, it only dismissed a case alleging misleading and deceptive conducted against AVZ.

    The DRC judicial system under Kabila is/was no barometer of any Western version of justice either IMO.

    This was the sequence of events as has been made publically available through AVZ announcements and court filings.Esh
