I wish AVZ was a small cap . Looking forward to the day our penny dreadful days are behind us .Increasing capitalization by issuing multi millions of shares is like a magic trick .Like paying off your credit cards with your other credit cards . It looks real but it's BS . Too many shares in the hands of the wrong people has always been AVZ's problem . The German being one of the worst of them . Effectively you lose control of your company . Ground hog day watching the share price getting reloaded all day long . NF has effectively bought some time . Not a lot of time mind you . Before this $15 mill runs out he has to deliver big time . IMO
