'When new shares $9.8m hit the market, will be last good opportunity, imo.'
Hi
@8horse ,
Good to see you're finally back in.
Remember that $4m of the $9.8m top up placement was allocated to Huayou and Lithium Plus, so these shares are unlikely to be traded anytime soon (IMO).
That leaves $5.8m (at most) in the hands of Patto's and their sophisticated clients. But let's not forget that NF mentioned to me a few weeks back that he'd be disappointed if Patto's sold under 25c. Whilst that look likes wishful thinking at this point, I think they'd be mad not to wait for an easy 75 - 100% profit whilst triggering their 15 million SP performance oppies on the way up.
Also, the recently created gap on the daily chart (at 6.7c) also happens to be a 75% premium to the SPP. And you guessed it, that is Patto's final SP target i.e. in order to collect
all 15 million oppies.
And I'll bet that 'U' boat buyer at 4c (whoever it is) is aware of this and thinking exactly the same thing i.e. that there is easy coin to be made in the coming weeks, and the risk vs potential reward is mouthwatering. Will post a couple of charts this evening as to why I believe 6.7c - 7.6c is not an outrageous target in the short term.
In summary, I'd opine that it'd be premature to sell AVZ at sub $100m M/Cap for a 10% gain, especially understanding what Patto's are aiming for. Add to that $14m in AVZ's kitty and hopefully several updates on the way to further de-risk the project and to help drive the SP well north from here.
GLTA and remember that the above is only my opinion and musings and therefore shouldn't be considered as advice of any kind.
Cheers
Elpha
