I only put 50% believe into what NF said, and sincerely hope he can understand his limit and get a real professional on board to take care the helm.
This CR benefits most to Patterson, and damages most to the significant holders. Interesting is why the significant holders stay quiet? They would be seriously diluted, the lower AWVP, the worse to them. I guess some of them will jump into the market to shore up the SP, particularly if SPP take-up rate is high and not much incentive for Patterson to play the SP lower. This is also the reason I bought some on market.
In term of Dossantd's conference, let it go. The last thing we want is to mess up the situation hinder the company to get funding smoothly.
BTW, regarding the private email group outside of HC, I think it's somewhat dangerous move. Some people could spread rumour there and caused unnecessary damage. GLTAH
