@dossantd ,
The following is more of a request than a question to NF if/when you speak to him today.
Since I spoke to NF a couple of weeks ago, he mentioned that they expected the SP to hold where it was at the time, which was in the in the low 5s. But the SP has since fallen well below all VWAP scenarios as outlined in the SPP prospectus, and therefore well below managements expecatations.
Therefore I believe that management have grossly underestimated the effect the SPP would have on the SP and also the number of additional shares that are now likely to hit the market, which will add greater dilution than forecast. Management (and our well paid consultant) are ultimately responsible for this debacle and not being able to provide shareholders with a better alternative to this point, so therefore I propose the following measures to counteract their failures.
Firstly, Michael Langdon shows some leadership during difficult times by buying $150,000 parcel of shares on market prior to the SPP calculation. This is equivalent to 6 months worth of Airguide consultancy fees and shows that he is willing to step up when required (so far he has failed to add an ounce of value for AVZ shareholders). He also commits to convert his monthly fee into shares by committing to purchase $75,000 worth of stock each quarter (allowing for blackout periods of course) until he is able to facilitate a successful deal.
Secondly, Nigel Ferguson foregoes his current performance rights and sets new terms which states that he is only entitled to them once the SP reaches 25 cents.
Thirdly, Nigel Ferguson either reduces his salary by 50% or commits 50% of it to purchasing the equivalent no. of shares on market every quarter until he is able to negotiate adequate project funding.
Guaranteed that these initiatives from NF and ML would help stabilize the SPP, and if NF is fair dinkum about his minimum 25c per share price target (remembering that he told me that he'd be disappointed if Patto's and their clients sold under 25c) then he and Langdon would make a hell of a lot more money than they would by receiving their income/fees as cash.
@dossantd would appreciate if you could get this very important message across to NF today. I will also email both NF and ML with my suggestions and implore other shareholders (who agree) to do the same.
I think it's time we put some pressure on both NF and ML to address their shortcomings and re-think their respective commitments to our company.
Cheers
Elpha
I don’t believe Airguide had a say in this SPP.
