    Consortium with Chinese and Americans.

    They could divide up the assets. Westfarmers take the aussie gas assets.
    PNG assets go to the Chinese and americanos.

    The Americans and Chinese would probably need to get around the foreign investment hurdle. But not if they are buying scraps from Wesfarmers.
