Two things:
1. Where are these other 2-3 contracts?
2. For the sake of argument let's assume a fabulous 20% profit per contract - 4 contracts X $170million = total revenue 680 million, which will run across about 5 years per contract, which would make annual revenue 136 million and annual profit about 27 million with an EPS of 44.6 cents. In order to hit your $20 per share, you'd need a PE of about 500:1 - in order to justify such a valuation, assuming the market was feeling generous we'd need roughly 40 more contracts of similar size to the Orbital contract.
In my view your enthusiasm, while fun, is a touch exuberant.
