    I hate to say it but IMHO we need to wait for the Director options before we get anything decent come through.
    We got them for the MD (1M) and one Director bought 100k on market, but the other 6M are still due.
    And also people are just too impatient in this current market climate
    The Quarterly showed some definite decent targets that I expect to come up with something.
