Am also wondering whether the “benchmark” cases had a two weeks lead in to screen out ones that heal with standard of care. I haven’t confirm but guessing not?

I’m which case it may be that this standard of care group would do better than the placebo group in the trial, since the trial screens early responders... especially given the number of patients who have been screened but not gone onto the trial...

Just a thought (unsubstantiated).
