STO would probably not be interested because of their lack of free funds at the moment. They've got a fair bit on their plate - but I guess there's no good reason to turn down a good deal. I'm more so thinking that BG might not want the oil assets. But if VPE were to swallow ITC and cause consolidation in that field, then it would be far easier for BG to bite and then sell off the oil assett - sounds like you were saying this between the lines anyway! IMO of course.

You did sum up excellently - it's not the share itself as the acreages are fantastic, it's more so the long term management.

Please don't get me wrong, I back this share completely, but that's because they aren't running the CSG show.
