OK this is the status, its seems IHG suppliers & contractors...

OK this is the status, its seems IHG suppliers & contractors recv'd a letter re Intellect EU - which is similar to the US section 11 - effectively stating that any assests of Intellect could not be sold etc and that administartors were being employed to see Intellect through the next 6 months or so whilst they gathered funds, sorted out payments etc...

So basically preventing any firesale of IHG assets by pissed of suppliers (if they have any of IHG assets) waiting for way overdue payments...
