    I disagree. Its because they know they are a target for acquisition. There many years of poor share price performance is making its major shareholders wonder why they keep the current management.
    I can only wonder what AWE would be worth if it was split up and sold (IMHO). A lot more than $240m I think.

    Though I do concede that if AWE is thinking of buying some of ORGs assets, they might need to raise some capital, but they have a large debt facility, plus it would seem, they have a bigger partner involved, which I assume means AWE will take a small part of a bigger acquisition.
