I target distressed companies when they are removed from the all ordinaries index.

I pick the ones with good fundamentals for the future, that don't have a lot of debt,

My experience is that quite a number of those companies are swallowed up by preditors at a premium in the short time, before they reach their full potential, but not until their bounce off the bottom is established.

I hope we will have to wait a while for a takeover to emerge.
