That is a good question ... some points to consider:

From the tone of the announcement, looks ike most of the details have been worked out ie:

*David Muller taking the reins
*Agreement on the extra uranium leases

Now just a matter of getting the prospectus up, financial details & dates.

Because of that, the market in general is looking the other way, concentrating on other moving stocks. hence it is an oppotunity to accumulate a few cheaply.

Wont be at these prices for too long!!
