WAS may have SOME land in the area but the King of the Rum Jungle is CMR.....the company discussed in the excerpt from the article that Rogues Trade posted is indeed in reference to CMR.
WAS will make a quick buck for the early holder, but like all the recent flash in the pans, it will like the rest more than likely amount to nothing in the end.
