Just a bit of info. Sol and Bkw just increased their holding from 14% to 38% each giving them a commanding control. They just did the same with SMD which gave them if I recall correctly approx. 90% ownership of that company with the assistance of Copperchem, a fully owned subsidiary of one of those two. A week ago Smd was .005. In the last week it has risen too .04 and back to .033 after an announcement of a new Gold tenement. Who knows maybe their doing the same thing with RUM.
