Wilson Microcap offer closed one day ago. Already announced that subscriptions exceed maximum $154m IPO target. So Wilson will scale back subscribers. No oversubscriptions in IPO, no options as Wilson understands the detrimental effect of fum size on microcap portfolio performance.
Contango Global IPO closed more than a week ago. Still no word. Were asking for $55m minimum, $220m maximum, plus a further $110m of oversubsription allowed.
So how much of $330m have CGA raised for its Global Fund?
Maybe WCM should have partnered Geoff? Maybe when Geoff launches his global LIC, he do better?
