    I have heard the cap raising has now closed (early) and was almost 2x oversubscribed.

    The company also intends to offer existing shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) which will be capped at approximately A$3 million. No doubt this will also be oversubscribed.
