Always two sides to every story, not that I doubt your story and the issue of shares in this one seems to have been done without any complaint from Heron holders.
I guess that one unhappy applicant is always on the cards and even though you will receive some free shares in RBR, but that is no consolation to miss out.
Are you certain that your application name details etc, were exactly the same as your HRR registration?
At least you got your cheque back!!! lol -sorry!
