i don't think the RBR is quality anymore

the company reeks of unprofessionalism

On 29th Jan, I called Sam Middlemas the company secretary to make sure I had received my allocation, as a HRR shareholder. He confirmed verbally to me that i had received 25,000 shares. I asked him why this was not credited to my comsec account, and he said it may take a couple of days. This led me to believe i have had shares in Rubicon.

On 5th February i receive a letter with a cheque attached saying "thank you for your interest, and the offer was significantly oversubscribed"

As a result i will speak to Rubicon today. Makes no sense why he said i am allocated, when i am not. I believe allocations are mismanaged. To make matters worse i am a HRR shareholder, and all HRR shareholders who got their apps in before 10 jan received their allocation.

This company reeks of unprofessionalism. To make matters worse the letter was dated 25th January, and I had spoken to Sam on 29th january.

I will surely be taking this matter further if not resolved.
