On my morning walk I have just come across a large pile of rubbish dumped by the side of the river in parkland. I didn't really have much time to examine the situation however will return tonight after work and search for any paperwork or documents that may reveal the offenders details and intend to take photos of purchase numbers box or receipt numbers and post them here for assistance. There were computer parts and assorted junk with parts numbers. But couldn't really see any specific personal receipt numbers . Will post on this issue after work
