Has made no commitment about taking up up his entitlement .
The other operational director is barely taking up half his entitlement .

Will shareholders be able to take up "overs " to be paid out of future dividends lol , and get a 4% fee for doing it , lol , and no requirement to to take up all their entitlement first ?
