And getting to your other landowner point. Have you been following this for long? BCL visited all the other landowner groups with the help, support & accompanied by, the ABG. The landowners were paid a small amount that had been outstanding for years by BCL & told by their government that BCL were their preferred developer so understandably they gave their support to BCL.

If BCL lose the EL & the ABG supports Central/RTG the landowner support will switch accordingly as I'm sure you understand.
