If you just read the Court Order carefully that was posted, the reference to Mediation is restricted to the 'draft consent orders'. This (and specifically the draft consent orders) predates the discontinuance, as part of which the draft consent orders were withdrawn.
So it follows, no draft consent orders, no further mediation.
The law again is clear.
