    The Discontinuance Notice seems to have been filed by Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Port Moresby the day after the court order and duly signed by a court official. It does not appear to be a court order. As I understand it, it is an application to the court, not a decision made by the court. Would be handy to have some clarification for everyone's benefit.
