I just cant see how ANYONE would think that BCL could ever come back as the developer, if we are trying to move on and heal past wounds...It just doesnt make sense on any impartial view and knowledge of the history of the place........whether RTG is the party that it ends up being is another question, true they seem to be in a good position, but if it becomes too political they could be thrown under the bus at some stage...but I just cant see BCL unless they are able to pay someone off.....
I just cant see how ANYONE would think that BCL could ever come...
