    You do not need the other 8 LO's until BFS stage

    All this talk that RTG/Central doesn't have LO support is nonsense. BOC was going around with an expired EL, with Daveona representing himself as Chairman of SMLOLA and still had the 8 LO's agree to a deal

    Let RTG do the rounds with a fresh EL, Miriori as Chairman of SMLOLA and backing them, ABG support and a development deal in hand. If the other 8 LO's were happy to go with BOC and get watered down to nothing over time, I can't see why they wouldn't be in favor of Central/RTG's likely superior proposal on all fronts
